You will be greeted with a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom condo/villa that is a private stand alone unit within Coastal Waters. Not only are you steps away from the beach but also multiple restaurants. It is a short 2.5 mile drive to the popular downtown Flagler Ave where you can find more shopping, bars, and restaurants.
